  4. Conical pressing of the sleeve.

Result:

100% roundness and optimal running behavior

Variants

Race

The perfect option for those who want to give their engine the finishing touch before a race event and require optimal performance. Minimal break-in and direct racing.

Medium

The most popular variant. More intense re-clamping of the bushing and noticeably earlier clamping before TDC. Slightly longer running-in time.

Strong

Our strongest re-clamping option. Friction between the piston and the liner begins a few crankshaft degrees before TDC. This is almost equivalent to the clamping of a new engine, which is why we recommend following the original manufacturer's specifications for running-in.

Perfection

Minimized run-in | Maximum performance | Low fuel consumption

Conical and reproducible taper of the bushing.
No over-tightening thanks to pre-calibration of the piston and precise adjustment of the bushing to the piston. Maximum compression with minimal friction between the bushing and piston.

Service including bearing replacement

It is always advisable to install new bearings at the same time as re-clamping.

At the same time, we also offer our customers the installation of our high-quality ball bearings for re-clamping.

When placing your order, simply choose between ceramic or steel bearings and we will take care of the professional installation.

Please ensure that you provide us with the following components:

Engine housing including old bearings

cylinder sleeve

Complete engines are only accepted after prior arrangement
