We ship our orders exclusively via DHL.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order and are automatically calculated at checkout based on DHL rates. There is currently no free shipping.

For international orders, the respective DHL rates apply, depending on the destination country.

 

Delivery Times

The standard delivery time within Germany is usually 3–4 business days.

We currently do not offer express shipping. Please note that we cannot provide replacements or reimbursement for delayed deliveries.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are based on DHL rates for the respective destination country.

 

Tracking & Insurance

You will receive automatic tracking for every order.

All shipments are insured by the shipping service provider.

 

Packaging & Environment

We strive to use environmentally friendly and reusable packaging wherever possible.

 

Special Cases

• Large or heavy items may be charged separately.
• Undeliverable goods will be handled according to DHL guidelines.
