Cancellation Policy & Returns

Right of Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter).



Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us promptly, at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.


Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,


  • Services that have already been fully provided if you have expressly agreed before the start of performance that we may begin performance, thereby extinguishing your right of withdrawal,


  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.


In particular, the following applies: For the offered RC motor service (re-clamping, bearing replacement), there is no right of withdrawal once the service has been provided.


Return of Goods

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, and with all accessories and – if applicable – in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of order.

Items returned without prior notification cannot be accepted.


Damage and Problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or faulty, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method used.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
